Kevin Walsh partners with his clients to help them create new value in their businesses. - Representing both financial and strategic buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures.
- Representing issuers and private equity and angel investors in equity offerings.
- Representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit facilities.
- Representing clients in business entity formations, joint ventures and intellectual property (IP) licensing.
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents for asset purchases, securities purchases, divestitures, mergers and partnering transactions, as well as preferred stock offering documents, subscription packages and other investment documents for early-stage and emerging growth companies.
- Advising on federal securities laws compliance and corporate governance issues.
