Business Law Training: New Developments in Equity Crowdfunding
Program Overview: Equity crowdfunding is the process by which companies raise capital in exchange for equity with relatively small individual investments from a large number of investors, typically through the Internet and social media. For businesses that may not have ready access to traditional sources of funding, equity crowdfunding may be an attractive option for raising capital, but drawbacks exist that any company considering a crowdfunding offering should consider. This presentation focuses on the recent legal developments in equity crowdfunding.

We will issue a Certificate of Attendance to Arizona attendees as the State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement.
