Quarles has a long-standing tradition of dedicated service to the communities in which we live and work. For many years, we have brought this commitment to life through Quarles Cares, the signature community outreach program of our corporate social responsibility effort.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Doing good, better.
Proud of our efforts, always looking to do better.
At Quarles, we are fiercely proud of the work we do for our clients and how we treat each other, but these commitments alone do not define who we are as an organization. Our organization also is shaped by our efforts to advance the well-being of our communities. That’s why we created the Quarles Cares initiative, through which we partner with nonprofit organizations, particularly those that address hunger and education; why we commit to significant pro bono involvement; why we work to reduce our resource footprint; and why we challenge each other to expand our impact when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). We do good for others because it is the right thing to do, yet it is also another source of pride for all of us. That’s why we work every day to make a greater difference through our corporate social responsibility efforts.
We were committed to CSR before it was even called CSR.
For decades, Quarles has demonstrated its belief in the importance of corporate social responsibility through efforts that span community volunteerism (Quarles Cares), sustainability, DEI, pro bono and wellness. Our values — clients first, purpose, integrity, respect, collaboration and continuous improvement — are strengthened by and applied within our client and community involvement. We are deeply appreciative of the people across our firm who make a real difference through their commitment to these causes. And we are thankful to all our community partners who enrich our identity and work.
