Trevor Wilkinson’s practice includes patent prosecution, portfolio management, counseling, due diligence and freedom-to-operate for clients in the biotechnology industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Trevor gained experience at a university research foundation analyzing the patentability and marketability of biotechnology disclosures. He worked with inventors and the business development team to analyze the technology and determine whether protection should be pursued. Trevor’s experience at the research foundation allows him to understand the client’s unique goals and tailor his advice to best achieve intellectual property (IP) protection specific to their goals.
