Experienced public finance assistance for municipalities and school districts
Tracy Berrones handles hundreds of financings each year for municipalities and school districts throughout Wisconsin. She assists state and local governments with their financing needs in the delivery of legal opinions related to the issuance of debt, from sophisticated borrowers to first-time issuers, for a wide variety of projects.
