Roberto Arbulu counsels clients through complex intellectual property (IP) litigation issues related to patents and trademarks. He uses his chemistry and biochemistry background to form a deep understanding of his clients' technologies. Prior to joining Quarles, Roberto served as legal counsel for a biotechnology company where, among other responsibilities, he provided legal guidance to leadership regarding issues in day-to-day business operations, and prepared and prosecuted patent applications directed to biosensor and digital microfluidic technologies. Roberto’s high-level experience working in-house enables him to provide informed counsel to his clients that is guided by an understanding of what they need to achieve their goals.
