Nick D'Amico represents clients in a variety of industries and business sectors, focusing on franchise and distribution, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate matters. Nick has advised franchise clients in industries including healthcare, home services, restaurants and hospitality, food and beverage, health, fitness and wellness, nail, hair and massage salons, coworking, business and professional services, travel, manufacturing, for-profit and non-profit education and childcare, and several others. He also provides outside general counsel services to his clients, advising on a host of business and legal matters including:

Nick regularly advises franchise clients on all aspects of Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) preparation and registration, including advising on financial performance representations and other disclosure compliance, managing state filings and responding to substantive inquiries from state examiners.
