About Matthew

Matthew Gordon counsels clients on labor and employment issues. He advises on disability discrimination claims, sexual harassment allegations, and wage and hour violations. His other experience includes:

  • Wrongful termination
  • Discovery practice
  • First Amendment claims by public employees

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked as a human resources manager, performing and overseeing payroll, employee discipline, FMLA, recruiting, benefits and DEI for a multistate organization.
