Mason Baranczyk advises clients to develop sophisticated intellectual property portfolios and create strategies that leverage those portfolios to support business objectives and drive revenue. - Assesses and prepares freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity opinions to help businesses manage risk.
- Develops offensive filing strategies in preparation for litigation and protection of market share.
- Performs due diligence to support M&A and other transactions involving intellectual property.
