General health law guidance
Mary Saxon advises health care clients on a variety of regulatory and compliance issues. Her experience includes preparing responses and appeals to regulatory boards and health care agencies, as well as providing regulatory and compliance guidance on state and federal health care laws to clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
During law school, Mary was a researcher at the Center for Public Health Law and Policy at Arizona State University. In this role, she analyzed the implications of Supreme Court decisions on public health and litigation surrounding the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.
Prior to law school, Mary managed several grant-funded health disparities research and service projects at Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions.
