Madelaine Bauer focuses on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, land use and zoning, real estate development, commercial contracts and other general real estate matters. She navigates a variety of zoning matters by executing zoning due diligence, authoring narratives, participating in community outreach and corresponding with planning staff.
Her previous experience enables Madelaine to better understand the needs of her clients. She worked as both a legal and real estate intern for a data center and commercial real estate firm, where she assisted clients by drafting customer contracts, amendments and renewals, in addition to working on a variety of data center deals from negotiations to close.
