Strategic labor and employment law counsel
Lorene Danga represents public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including defending single-plaintiff lawsuits, class and representative actions. She also provides pragmatic and strategic counsel ancillary to litigation, including advising on employee discipline, arbitration agreements, workplace violence restraining orders and workplace investigations. Lorene has a robust counseling practice that includes reviewing and drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies, drafting employment agreements, and providing day-to-day advice on leave and discipline issues as well as new laws. Lorene has defended clients against a variety of claims, including:
