General real estate law counsel
Kylie Horne works with clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, land use and zoning, real estate development, commercial contracts and other general real estate legal services.
Before joining Quarles, Kylie was a legal extern for the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorneys’ Office where she addressed petitions for review to the Arizona Supreme Court.
