- Advising and conducting estate and trust administration, including complex estate and trust administration matters.

- Representing clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service.
- Providing tax analysis and advice to individuals, limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations.
- Advising on tax exempt status and assisting not-for-profit corporations’ boards of directors in obtaining and maintaining federal tax exemption.
- Consulting on tax returns, including preparation of individual, estate and trust returns.
