Kaitlin advises high-net-worth individuals and families in the creation of estate plans, including advising clients on multigenerational wealth preservation, tax planning, charitable planning and the efficient administration of trusts and estates.
Kaitlin listens to the unique wishes of each client to help her create individualized wealth transfer strategies, protect assets from potential creditors and incorporate clients’ charitable objectives.
Experience in Action
- Consults on federal income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, including reviewing and preparing tax returns for individuals, estates and trusts.
- Prepares core estate planning documents, including last wills and testaments, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and advanced health care directives.
- Advises on probate and trust administration matters, for both individual and corporate trustees and personal representatives.
