Jerry Morgan helps homebuilders, developers, landlords and land bankers with complex commercial real estate transactions. His focus includes acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence analysis, negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, and lending documents. Jerry’s clients range in size from small businesses to large corporations in a variety of industries, including:

- Other automotive-related companies
Diverse in-house legal and finance experience gives Jerry particular insight into the challenges his clients face, and his diverse background enables him to provide counsel on a broad range of legal matters. In addition to both law firm and in-house counsel experience with real estate development, real estate law, commercial negotiation and insurance law, he was chief financial officer for the largest Arizona for-profit hospice and palliative care organization. This experience gave him first-hand knowledge of the complex nature of corporate financial transactions.
