Jeff Peelen advises issuers, underwriters, funds and businesses in capital markets transactions and related matters. He is a seasoned professional who helps clients navigate challenges by delivering the firm’s leading expertise across key sectors from public and project finance to automotive, healthcare and technology, including a wide range of related securities, corporate organization, real estate, tax and tax credit, capital contribution, construction and environmental matters. 

Jeff is a recognized leader within the firm who brings a computer science and technology background for clients seeking to accelerate work process efficiency and responsiveness.

Jeff is a past member of the firm’s elected Executive Committee, led the firm’s growth strategy in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis and served as the firm's first Section Chair in charge of the firm's transactional practices. He currently leads the project finance client services group and chairs the firm’s national public finance practice.
