Jack Lewis assists clients in many industries with a broad range of real estate transactions, including:

- Leasing
- Other general real estate matters
Prior to joining Quarles, Jack served as a legal intern for a commercial real estate company, where he conducted legal research regarding compliance matters and drafted transactional documents, including commercial real estate sale and leasing, co-brokerage and client representation agreements for U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions. Jack also worked as a legal clerk for a private equity and advisory firm, where he prepared initial due diligence reports and conducted legal research on extraterritorial jurisdiction and antitrust law.
