About Hunter

Counsel across varied business law matters

Hunter Foist assists clients with a wide variety of transactional matters, focusing on tax-exempt and nonprofit entities. He helps clients with entity formation, tax exemptions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), regulatory compliance and charitable activities.

In addition to his time as a Quarles summer associate, Hunter worked for several years as a high school English teacher before going to law school. He also has experience in marketing and advertising for small businesses and large multinational corporations.
