General labor and employment assistance
Harrison Rayment advises employers and human resources professionals on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, employee conduct issues, and labor and employment disputes.
Harrison regularly represents clients in cases before federal and state courts and in claims and investigations before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, the NLRB and the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division. His experience also includes:
- Creating and reviewing internal employment policies and procedures.
- Assisting with internal investigations.
- Preparing and negotiating employment contracts.
- Counseling on various personnel matters.
Prior to starting his legal career, Harrison served as a legislative aide for two members of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Harrison assisted in drafting legislation, conducted extensive legal research, and cultivated relationships with elected officials and community advocates. He remains committed to serving the state of Wisconsin through his involvement with pro bono matters at the firm.
