Harrison Rayment advises employers and human resources professionals on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, employee conduct issues, and labor and employment disputes.
Prior to starting his legal career, Harrison served as a legislative aide for two members of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Harrison assisted in drafting legislation, conducted extensive legal research and cultivate relationships with elected officials and community advocates. He remains committed to serving the state of Wisconsin through his involvement with pro bono matters at the firm
