• Prepares and negotiates all varieties of lease agreements, lease forms and related agreements, including pre-construction templates, SNDAs, license agreements, landlord waivers, collateral access agreements and other necessities.

• Representation of a global private investment management and advisory firm in connection with its industrial and warehouse leasing portfolio, including its solar rooftop leasing program, as well as its leasing and management of numerous high-profile commercial office properties.
• Representation of a national REIT in connection with the leasing and asset management of a large landmark office, showroom and retail building located in Chicago.
• Representation of a legacy Chicago-based development company in connection with the leasing and asset management of numerous commercial office and mixed-use properties, including properties in Chicago, Boulder, Colo., and Miami.
• Representation of a family office and development company in connection with its office, industrial and warehouse leasing and development transactions in the Midwest.
• Representation of a national private investment management and advisory firm in connection with its national leasing and asset management needs.
