She provides experienced counsel for multinational corporations and foreign nationals on business immigration issues and serves as a trusted advisor to navigate the ever-changing immigration landscape. Emily focuses on temporary work visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 and O-1, as well as employment-based permanent resident processes, including EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorships.

Emily also provides seasoned counsel regarding I-9 compliance and worksite enforcement, including compliance issues arising from corporate reorganizations and mergers. She helps clients develop and maintain overall compliant I-9 programs and works with them to conduct internal I-9 audits, establish best practices and guide clients through government I-9 audits.
