Guidance across the full spectrum of IP litigation
Elizabeth Shirreff focuses on intellectual property (IP) litigation, particularly patent, trademark and copyright litigation.
As a Quarles summer associate and law clerk, she gained experience in a variety of areas related to IP litigation, including drafting motions, assisting with briefs, reviewing documents for discovery and conducting research.
Prior to her legal career, Elizabeth earned a Ph.D. in English language and literature from the University of Michigan and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University. At Tsinghua, she worked closely with colleagues in the sciences, editing articles in electrical engineering and pharmaceutical science. She brings this experience effectively communicating complex subject matter to her IP work.
