Denise Amore assists attorneys and clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-million-dollar commercial real estate transactions. She reviews contracts, helps resolve complex title and survey issues, assists with closing documentation and keeps all parties well informed throughout the process. Her other experience includes:

• Reviewing and analyzing detailed title commitments and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Preparing complex legal documents for pre-closing matters such as special warranty deeds, assignment and assumption of leases, and tenant estoppels.
• Attending to other important due diligence matters including zoning, environmental reports and existing leases.
