Experienced construction and real property litigation guidance
David Lupo provides counsel on all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on matters related to construction and real property. With significant first- and second-chair experience, he handles pleadings, discovery, hearings, trials, appeals and arbitrations.
David fosters trusted, working relationships with his clients with an emphasis on communication. As a skilled litigator with over 20 years of experience, he partners with his clients to ensure the best possible outcomes pre-litigation and when litigation ensues, David vigorously protects and advances his client’s interests.
In addition to his extensive private practice experience, David previously served as general counsel for a Naples-based construction firm, overseeing all legal matters for the company.
