General labor and employment advisor with government background
Claudia Mascari advises employers on day-to-day employment matters and compliance, as well as new developments in the law. She represents public and private employers in labor and employment litigation, working on a variety of issues, including:

- Wrongful termination
Prior to joining the firm, Claudia spent one year as a Coast Guard judge advocate general in the Headquarters Office of Maritime and International Law, Prevention Law Division. She also was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Veronica M. Sanchez where she navigated complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with the law and effectively advocating for clients, all of which she now brings to her work in labor and employment law.
