Cameron’s practice includes a special focus on land banking transactions where he represents land bank clients on hundreds of deals across the nation. Cameron consults and assists clients on all aspects of the land bank process from deal structuring and document negotiation to identification and resolution of site-specific concerns. Cameron manages the firm’s primary land bank group, supervising an experienced team of attorneys and paralegals on transactions for some of the firm’s largest land bank clients.

- Represented land bank client in $300 million transaction involving acquisition and development of portion of complex California residential community.
- Assisted client with $300 million sale of highly complex commercial block, consisting of an existing office tower and extensive retail complex, located in downtown Phoenix.
