Breanna Schumacher helps prepare and prosecute domestic and international patent applications. Her core technical experience is in the field of mechanical engineering.

Previously, Breanna was a mechanical engineer intern for a Minnesota-based industrial company specializing in the development and manufacturing of fluid-handling systems and products. During her time, she gained experience with double-diaphragm pumps and hand-held paint sprayers. Her responsibilities included auditing double-diaphragm pumps for quality assurance, conducting motor performance tests, designing an assembly bench for a new product and converting a computer numerical control mill to manual. Additionally, she performed competitive testing and unit testing on hand-held paint sprayers, redesigned a pump life test fixture, and used a high-speed camera to analyze pump housing movement in paint sprayers.
