Ben Moffitt focuses on corporate and finance transactions in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, capital raising, formation and restructuring of businesses, and general corporate matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ben worked as a certified public accountant (CPA) at a public accounting firm, where he regularly consulted for corporations, partnerships, nonprofit organizations and high-net-worth individuals to ensure tax compliance and to identify, research and implement tax planning strategies. Ben’s experience as a CPA gives him a unique perspective when assisting clients with corporate and tax matters.
