Anthony Pusateri helps clients resolve their needs, whether those needs are related to protection and recovery of collateral or debts, bankruptcy reorganizations, workouts and other restructuring, or documenting and closing commercial loan transactions. He has experience enforcing the rights of secured and unsecured creditors through litigation and pre- and post-judgment remedies, documenting and closing commercial loan transactions and achieving solutions for both debtors and creditors in and outside of bankruptcy. Anthony's clients primarily include:

Experience in Action
- Represents institutional lenders in loan enforcement and collection actions, including at fair market value hearings and other judicial and non-judicial proceedings.
- Advises commercial landlords on lease enforcement and eviction actions in multiple state and federal courts and arbitration.
- Counsels clients on general commercial litigation, including construction disputes, products liability and adversary proceedings associated with Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
- Represents national lending institutions and borrowers in complex loan restructurings.

- Successfully argued in front of the Arizona Court of Appeals, achieving affirmation of a judgment obtained before a trial court.
