  • Resolved dispute between owner and contractors over cost adjustment for construction of electric vehicle manufacturing plant.
  • Resolved dispute between general contractor, Ohio Department of Transportation and property owners involving claims of trespass and property damage.
  • Resolved dispute between residential developer, neighboring property owners and local municipality involving zoning and variance issues.
  • Resolved dispute between industrial equipment supplier and former employee involving claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and theft.
  • Moved for and was awarded sanctions in excess of $100,000 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts for opposing party/counsel’s discovery violations.
