Andy Beilfuss is a nationally recognized advisor on issues that affect how businesses get products to market. His primary focus is on litigating franchise, product marketing and distribution disputes, though he also counsels on direct sales, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and contractual and regulatory matters.   • Litigating complex disputes relating to franchise and product marketing and distribution. Clients in multiple business sectors trust Andy to advise them on all aspects of litigation, including pre-lawsuit negotiations, motion practice, trial preparation, actual trial and post-trial motions. Additionally, Andy has experience in both state and federal appeals courts.
  • Conducting due diligence on high-profile franchise- and distribution-related mergers and acquisitions.
  • Drafting franchise and other contracts and advising on regulatory matters, including guidance on product distribution, state and federal franchise laws, the Uniform Commercial Code, terms and conditions of sale and state distribution, and relationship laws.
  • Strategizing and advising on complex commercial disputes beyond franchising and distribution in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings.
