Amy Arnold assists attorneys with complex employment litigation, from pre-litigation investigation all the way through trial, appeal and judgment collection.

She has assisted in the preparation of writ petition matters and has prepared the first drafts of the administrative records submitted in those matters. She also is experienced assisting attorneys with preparing the record on appeal for appellate matters.

Amy plays a key role both inside and outside of the courtroom, handling matters such as:

• Exhibit preparation for depositions, motions and trial
• Expert and fact witness coordination for trial
