Patent support grounded in chemistry experience
Amanda Eckermann focuses on preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications. As a chemist with academic research experience, she has technical experience in coordination chemistry, organic and inorganic synthesis, electrochemistry and nanotechnology, as well as chromatography and analysis by spectroscopy and microscopy. Amanda has performed patentability searches, prepared patent applications, and reported and prepared responses to office actions.
Previously, Amanda was an assistant professor of chemistry, where she conducted lectures, supervised laboratory courses and directed a research laboratory. She also has served as a scientific consultant for a startup biotechnology company, assisting with intellectual property development. Her experience in academic research enables her to develop strategies for a broad range of matters to achieve client goals.
