Worldwide trademark prosecution and enforcement
Alla Meyer focuses on U.S. and international trademark prosecution, working directly with clients and foreign counsel on trademark filings and enforcement throughout the world. She has over 20 years of experience, which includes maintenance and management of large worldwide trademark portfolios, clearance searches and search analyses, filing trademark applications and responses to Office Actions, renewals and assignment recordations, and coordination of legalization and notarization of official documents. Alla also drafts and files documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) in trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings. Her other experience includes:
- Conducting due diligence for trademark disputes.
- Preparing and filing copyright applications.
- Assisting with Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution proceedings.
- Reviewing and revising marketing materials and news releases for proper use of intellectual property (IP).
