Litigation counsel for myriad insurance coverage issues
Alex Shortridge guides her clients in negotiating and litigating a broad range of substantive areas at all value levels. Her primary focus is insurance coverage, particularly mass tort coverage cases that include asbestos, environmental and/or sexual abuse claims. In addition, Alex advises on all aspects of insurance, from placing coverage to litigating claims, as well as on defense against class actions, municipal liability and Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law claims.
