• Advises landlords and tenants through a wide array of leasing matters, including drafting standard lease agreements for multitenant office properties, negotiating customized terms and structuring agreements for pre-construction office leases.

• Advised the purchaser of a joint venture interest in senior housing facilities totaling over $1.1 billion.
• Advised a real estate investment trust in the purchase and sale of modern logistics facilities totaling over $250 million.
• Represented the lender in the acquisition-financing of multifamily housing developments totaling over $535 million.
