Labor and employment advisor with higher education background
Adrielli Ferrer advises employers on day-to-day employment matters, compliance and new developments in the law. She represents public and private employers in labor and employment litigation, and works on a variety of issues, including:
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Retaliation
- Wrongful termination
Adrielli is also a public speaker who leads trainings or seminars for the firm and her clients.
Prior to joining Quarles, Adrielli was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Bashant in the Southern District of California and law clerk with the U.S. Department of Education. Before her career in the law, Adrielli worked for the University of California as a partnership coordinator, conducting outreach to local Departments of Education and high schools throughout the state.
