Labor and employment advisor with higher education background
Adrielli Ferrer advises employers on day-to-day employment matters and compliance, as well as new developments in the law. She represents public and private employers in labor and employment litigation, working on a variety of issues, including:
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Retaliation
- Wrongful termination
Prior to her career in the law, Adrielli worked for the University of California. She worked in admissions and college counseling, conducting outreach to students underrepresented in higher education and working directly with high schools as a local partnership coordinator with the local Department of Education. This background gives Adrielli unique experience working with clients in education.
