Inflation Reduction Act – Energy Project-Related Tax Credit Provisions

The Quarles Project Finance team is pleased to present an "At-a-Glance" table summarizing the energy project-related tax credit provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act. This table is intended to assist investment bankers as well as project developers and sponsors in identifying project types that may qualify for tax credits under the Act. We expect to update this table as regulations are released by the IRS.
