Three Quarles & Brady Attorneys Installed as Officers and Directors of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association

NAPLES, FL — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that three attorneys in the firm’s Naples office, Kimberley A. Dillon, Kelly Lyon Davis, and Christen Spake, have been installed as Officers and Directors of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association for the 2014-2015 term. 

Kimberley A. Dillon serves as the president of CCWBA. She previously served on the board as vice president. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group, where she focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, general business law, corporate services, tax controversy, and tax planning. She advises individuals and businesses on a variety of tax matters, including individual income, gift and estate tax consequences; corporate and partnership tax consequences; and international tax consequences.

Dillon is listed in Florida Super Lawyers® –Rising Stars (2009, 2011-2014) and Gulfshore Business “40 Under 40” (2011), and is Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated.

She earned her LL.M. (2006) and J.D. (magna cum laude, 2005) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a B.S. (summa cum laude, 2002) from Charleston Southern University.

Kelly Lyon Davis is serving as the vice president of CCWBA. She previously served on the board as secretary. She is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, where she focuses her practice in the areas of litigating wage and hour collective actions, consulting with employers to implement appropriate strategies and policies for workplace compliance matters, advising employers as they establish new employment and independent contractor relationships, including drafting of restrictive covenants, and resolving a variety of disputes arising from employee separations.

Davis has been listed in Florida Super Lawyers® – Rising Stars (2009-present), received the Special Recognition Award from the Legal Aid Service of Collier County for work with the Foreclosure Task Force (2009), and was recognized by the Legal Aid Society of Collier County for significant pro bono contributions (2009). She received her J.D. (magna cum laude, 2006) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A. (highest distinction, with honors, 2000) from The Pennsylvania State University.

Christen Spake will continue to serve as a director on the board of CCWBA. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where she focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on business, commercial, and real estate litigation, and guardianship matters.

Spake is Martindale-Hubbell AV® Peer Review Rated and serves on the board of directors for the Collier County Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division). She earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and her B.A. (summa cum laude) from Wingate University.
