Richard Davis Elected to State Bar of Wisconsin Health Law Section Board of Directors

Milwaukee, WI. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Richard Davis, an attorney in the firm's Health & Life Sciences practice group, has been elected to the State Bar of Wisconsin Health Law Section Board of Directors.

As a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Health Law Section Board, Davis will address issues such as health care, bioethics, managed care, and risk management. His three year term will begin on July 1, 2020 and end on June 30, 2023.

Davis focuses his practice on the 340B Drug Pricing Program and a wide range of pharmacy regulatory issues such as controlled substances and state licensure compliance. He represents health care entities, including hospitals, nursing homes, and physician practices, with a diverse range of regulatory issues, transactional matters, and reimbursement appeals. Davis received his Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from University of Wisconsin Law School.
