Real Estate Attorney Molly Maggiano Joins Quarles’ Naples Office as Senior Counsel

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady today announced that Molly Maggiano has joined the firm’s Naples office as senior counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Maggiano represents developers and builders, governmental agencies, private and public entities, and individual property owners. She assists her clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including handling issues from contract negotiation to closing in the sale and acquisition of property, drafting and review of loan documents, lease agreements, easements and similar transactional documents.

Maggiano received her Bachelor of Science from Youngstown State University and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University. She is a member of the board of directors for Sydney & Berne Davis Art Center and a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust, and City, County and Local Government sections.
