News Release

Randall Fearnow, a Chicago-based partner in the firm’s Health & Life Sciences Practice Group, has been named to the Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL) Board of Directors.

“A legal career in long term care, along with service on the board of the Chicago Bar Foundation, has prepared me for this opportunity,” said Fearnow. “I look forward to sharing my expertise and knowledge to improve the lives of seniors and at-risk individuals.”

Founded by the Chicago Bar Association, CDEL provides free legal services to low-income residents of Cook County who are either elderly or who have permanent disabilities. The vision and mission of CDEL also includes fostering the spirit of pro bono service throughout the Chicago and Cook County legal communities.

Fearnow is the current chair of the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) Post-Acute and Long-Term Services Practice Group and a board member of the Chicago Bar Foundation. He is a life member of the AHLA and is certified by the AHLA as a health law arbitrator.
