Quarles Receives 2023 MCCA Approved Bronze Seal

News Release

The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) announced that Quarles & Brady LLP has earned the organization’s MCCA Approved Bronze Seal for 2023, in recognition of its ongoing efforts to embed substantive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practices across the firm.

“Quarles’ commitment to DEI means we will be relentless in ensuring we are an inclusive, welcoming place where people are comfortable bringing their full selves to work,” said Mike Aldana, firm managing partner and chair of the executive committee. “Recognition like this is gratifying, but more valuable to us is the collaboration with and insight from MCAA to help us grow and advance.”

MCCA Approved is a framework for establishing sustainable DEI strategy focused on actionable solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments. This accreditation is the result of tangible results in working to hire, retain and promote diverse attorneys. MCCA Approved is designed to help corporate America know better, do better, lead better and, ultimately, transform and deepen its dedication to fostering an inclusive and diverse legal profession.

"Partnering with our great clients to create bespoke joint DEI initiatives and working together to provide opportunity has enhanced our ability to take action to meaningfully advance this important cause, " said Brad Vynalek, firm president. "We are thrilled to know our clients are so thoughtfully leading on this important work, too. Following their lead and supporting their work has been truly rewarding."
