Quarles Naples Office Adds Litigation Veteran David Lupo

Naples, Fla. – David Lupo, a skilled litigator with more than 20 years of experience, has joined the Quarles & Brady Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group as senior counsel, based in the firm’s Naples, Fla., office.

With a focus on construction and real property matters, Lupo advises clients on all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, handling pleadings, discovery, hearings, trials, appeals and arbitrations. He has extensive private practice experience and also served as general counsel for a Naples-based construction firm, overseeing all legal matters for the company.
