Quarles Listed Among Top Firms at Cost Control in BTI Consulting Report
Quarles & Brady LLP has been identified as one of the best law firms in the country at controlling costs for their clients, based on a report by BTI Consulting Group.
The report considered a variety of factors that matter most to clients when it comes to cost control, including early assessments, budget feedback on both dollars and timing, and timely communication about budget changes and unusual invoices. Five firms were rated “Best of the Best” and then Quarles was among nine firms listed in the next category, “Leaders.”
In a blog post about the report, BTI Consulting detailed what matters to clients:

- Budgets offered at matter inception

- Getting feedback on the budget on both dollars and timing

- Relationship partners have full authority to commit the firm to rates and fees
- Explaining any unusual invoices to clients before sending
- Obtaining meaningful post-matter feedback
