Quarles Earns Perfect 100 Score in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced it has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI.) The firm has received a 100 score every year since 2015.

The CEI is a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees. The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and corporate responsibility.

“I’m proud that Quarles has received a perfect CEI score for over 10 years in a row,” said Zachary Eastburn, co-leader of the firm's LGBTQ+ business resource group. “We are committed to programs and policies that address the needs of our LGBTQ+ colleagues and we always will strive to maintain an inclusive and welcoming workforce.”
