Quarles & Brady’s Indianapolis Office Partners Again with Shepherd Community Center for Summer Hunger Drive
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that from now until July 13, the Indianapolis office will be raising funds and collecting food, hygiene, and household items for the Shepherd Community Center.
This initiative is aligned with the firm's Quarles Cares program, which supports causes and nonprofits chosen by attorneys and staff in each office—with a particular focus on hunger and education. Last year with the combined efforts of employees, family, friends and clients, the firmwide summer hunger campaign raised equivalent funds to provide nearly 100,000 meals to hungry children and families across hometown office locations.
The firm is partnering with the Indiana Region of the American Red Cross, which will provide volunteer and staff support as well as Emergency Response Vehicles.
"For the past two years, we have delivered a truck-load full of donations," said Lucy Dollens, Quarles & Brady's Indianapolis office managing partner. "We are committed to the Shepherd Community Center and what they do for the Indianapolis community. With the generous support and help from other businesses partnering with us, we are confident that we will deliver even more donations this summer."
Joel Tragesser notes, "We have received support from the following companies and groups, and our campaign is successful because of them."
