Beyer is a member of the firm's Franchise & Distribution Practice Group and is widely and regularly recognized as one of the country’s leading franchise and distribution lawyers. Beyer received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and his M.B.A. and bachelor's degree from Tulane University.
Candidates are required to complete a rigorous course of study to earn the CFE designation, which includes attending institute-sponsored educational seminars and workshops. The program enhances franchising professionals’ understanding of both the industry’s fundamental and complex aspects.
