Quarles & Brady Ranked #2 Among Top Firms for Female Attorneys

Law360 has ranked Quarles & Brady #2 in its 2018 Glass Ceiling Report for firms with 300 to 599 lawyers, placing the firm on its list of Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys. This national ranking reflects Quarles & Brady's efforts to create programs and policies that underpin sustainable careers for women.

Quarles & Brady has consistently been named a top law firm for women, including a top ranking for "Diversity for Women” from Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms; Gold Standard Certification for seven years running from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum; and among the “50 Best Law Firms for Women; by the National Association for Female Executives and Flex-Time Lawyers each year since 2013. Additionally, the firm’s chair, Kimberly Leach Johnson, is one of the few women to lead a firm of this size.

Of the rankings, Law360 said, these law firms "are outpacing their peers — breaking down barriers and forging a path to a more diverse working environment."

To be eligible for the ranking, firms had to report above-average representation of female attorneys in each of the categories. Law360 surveyed more than 300 U.S. firms or vereins with a U.S. component. Only U.S.-based attorneys were included in the survey,
